We booked a very well presented property with plenty of room. However, when we retuned around 8pm we discovered that the heating was not working. We had to call the accommodation provider who told us to move to the next room (which was smaller and not so nice).
Weirdly on arrival the Noa Residence guy had come into our room uninvited to "check the heater was working". He then commented “only here for one night” and left. So it very much looks like they knew the heating was not working and, didn’t do anything about it, leaving us in an unheated room until we complained. So that tells you how little they value their guests.
