"Kitchenette was useful. Disappointed with service ~ we called for housekeeping and they confirmed it would be done. The front desk called back shortly after and asked if we wanted a "refresh" or "full" service. We said, full service, and they said, okay. It will be done. When we got back later that evening, nothing had been done. Unacceptable."

"Room was clean but not stocked. Stove, microwave, refrigerator etc but no dishes, silverware,pans etc. Thin walls, hard to sleep with the loud talking and noise from nearby rooms tv's. Lacking a comfortable breakfast room, only 3 very tall tables. Nothing offered but coffee and the coffee was out one morning. I would suggest the Hampton Inn."
