「町の中心から歩ける距離ではないので、シャトルバスを1時間おきではなく、30分おきぐらいにしてもらえると助かります。あと、平日は21:00まで運行しているのに、週末は17:00で終わるというのは、ホテルとしていかがなものでしょうか？」

「Hyatt Regency Hotel is one of the best hotel in Harare you could stay in. Their service is exquisite, the staff are so friendly and very professional, they greet you with a smile & i quick to respond any issues that arise. I stayed in one of their suite and every 2 days they would bring me fresh fruits, making sure my water is topped up in the fridge & that my room is clean always. The great thing was that they have a car on the property available to take you around, for a fee of course. The rooms were also very spacious and clean. 」
