「We were celebrating our wedding night. It was nice of the hotel to add some balloons, chocolates and flowers. The property is fairly new, but doesn’t feel like it in some instances.」

「The staffs are very friendly. The breakfast choices are alot and yummy. The hotel is clean and room is spacious. Nice location near to airport. 」

「五つ星ホテルとしては少々残念な点がいくつかあったので、それを書きます。 その他は概ね満足でした。 ベッドは最高でした。 車で行くと入り口がわかりにくかった。 周辺を何周かして、タクシーの人が教えてくれた。 掃除が甘い。バスタブが汚かった。気付いたのが遅かったので我慢して自分で洗った。 部屋からの眺めはいいが、窓が汚い。 エレベーター内の手すりが汚い。 朝食会場が眩しくて暑い。 車を受け取る際、段取りが悪かった。 車の預かり証を渡したのに、すぐに受けとれなかった。」

「My husband and I were very pleased with the hotel. The staff are excellent and attentive. The room was both comfortable and very clean.」

「We loved our stay here. The manager gave us a nice surprise for our anniversary (a cake) and everything else was perfect. The breakfast was delicious as well.」

「ホテルのスタッフが部屋まで荷物を運んでくれた際に、チップを要求され、さらにこちらが渡したチップがEUROだったことに、とても不満そうだった。場所は中心部に近く、部屋も清潔だったので、それだけが残念。」
