「Bedside table had something sticky spilled on it」

「Very disappointing experience at Embassy Suites East Peoria Riverfront Hotel. I chose this hotel because of the high ratings, but the room cleanliness was unacceptable. Before I could even put my belongings away, I noticed thick dust all over the outside and inside of the closet door, the bathroom counter, and even the tissue box. I attached photos and videos because the dust buildup was very obvious. I am sensitive to dust and spent the night sneezing and feeling uncomfortable instead of...

「Their amenities listed are completely false. From no beach access due to health concerns all the way to no wi-fi. Would strongly suggest to go elsewhere unless you enjoy being freezing cold all night and buying your own toilet paper.」

「Sheets dingy and smelled. Refrigerator made so much noise we had to unplug it. No breakfast as stated.」

「The non-smoking room that I had, smelled like smoke. There wasn't much toilet paper and there wasn't any soap but the man at the front desk was very kind and said that if anything was missing to please let him know and he would take care of it. The bed was comfortable and I got some good sleep.」

「It was very unique! The history of the building was so cool to see! The coffee shop below was a great addition and we enjoyed the food and the drinks. Would stay here again!」

「This was not the Days Inn it was the Econo Lodge. The place was dirty and there was blood on the floor by the chair. ended up leaving because it was so bad」

「We were so looking forward to our stay at this home. However, upon arrival, we noticed that the basement had flooded. There were a few fans running around the room, so someone was aware of this problem and did not address it, or notify us. It took us 4 hours on the phone to finally get the problem addressed and resolved with VRBO customer service. The host did finally contact us several hours later after we had left the home and found a hotel. Apparently there was an issue with a broken phone?...
