「The room was very clean, and the bathroom looked recently remodeled. There was a strange smell from probably a cleaning solution, and the carpet looked old, but other than that, the room was very clean. The only thing I would want changed is the window in the bathroom needs a curtain. It's about 6 feet off the ground and small, but it feels like someone could peep in. Very convenient location, right off the I-91.」

「Smoke alarm randomly started beeping at 5am until around 6:15 got not apparent reason. I walked into main office to find nobody there I decided to pick customer phone at counter but got no response... Later at checkout counter assistant claimed that I never responded to his phone answer.... I'm deeply not satisfied.」
