「The room was filthy , food on the floor . Old used soap in the tub the seam between the tub and shower surround was full of black mold my girl and I had to go buy cleaning supplies and clean the room . Condoms in one of the drawers , 3 drawers had drug residues in them single had spit and snot on it and toilet was unflushed . Place is a crack shack .」

「The room was dirty and smelled musty and of urine. The hallways have all broken down ice machines and the breakfast was non-existent.」

「This small locally owned motel is a well-preserved and maintained facilty from the 50s or 60s that has been upgraded with all the modern amenities. The staff was extremely professional and greeted us warmly and graciously. Unlike most chain hotels today the property is also attractively landscaped and buffered from the street and the parking lot. It is convenient to I-91 and the downtown restaurants as well. We will recommend it to anybody traveling to the area.」

「The check in process was very frustrating. I booked through Expedia and wasn’t able to access my reservations through their online booking portal. A lodge TV at gas rooms dates in the 70s should probably have staff to check in if they can’t keep up with the technology」

「As a single tired woman traveling, I was a little leery of Brattleboro, the gent who checked me in was very pleasant, the room was fine for a one nighter! My only “bummer” was that the coffee wasn’t working. But there was enough food all around the area to accommodate that !」
