「Initial reaction was not great, however this property was suitably comfortable to stay for a short period. The toilet was miles away from the bathroom. The bathroom was not clean when we arrived. There were alot of structural defects and gaps in the walls. Many of the windows did not have fly screens. Some power points did not work. No fans, backyard was overgrown and no clothes line. Despite all this, the communication from the host was excellent and the TV was large and reliable internet....

Waking up to such a picturesque setting was truly refreshing. The outdoor trampoline was a hit with the kids—they had a blast jumping around and burning off some energy. 「Perfect accommodation for a weekend away with a group of friends. Had everything we needed and with 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, we all had our own space. Plus, the pool was put to good use until the weather turned on us. Would stay again.」

「2泊利用 近くにトラムの停留所があるので(フリーエリア)移動には便利。 市場もスーパーも近い。 サザンクロス駅にも歩けなくはない距離。 次にメルボルンに行くならまた利用したいと思えるホテルだった。 キッチンの換気扇の使い方が最初分からず焦ったが、換気扇はスイッチで電源入れるタイプではなく換気扇の面のバーの部分を引っ張るとスライドして換気扇とライトが付くものだった。 使い方の説明書などあったら良かった。 ベッドメイキングは毎日入るがタオルの交換はバスタオルと洗面所にあるハンドタオルのみだった。フェイスタオの交換はなかった。」
