「The view from the hotel/inn is amazing. The place is peaceful, and the staff are hardworking and kind. It is a great place to stay if one wants to be near Schoodic peninsula. 」

「It’s name says it all. A perfectly sized, literal “bed room” in the middle of the woods. The fire pit had wood all ready for me to use. If you were to come in the winter, the tiny home has a wood stove to use as well.」

「The Bluebird Motel isn't fancy but it's clean and comfortable. As the only hotel within an easy drive of Eastport and Lubec that will take a dog it's a good choice for pet owners who want to visit the northernmost coast of Maine..」

「Absolutely Incredible service. Room was super clean, cozy and beds were comfortable. Extremely good value for the price. We loved the convenience of it being so close to the US border, as we were using this as a stopover on our trip home from the US. We will definitely be staying here again, and will be highly recommending it. 」

「If you like retro, this is the place for you. Great views and very nice surroundings. The room was dated, and the floor was sagging, causing the head of the bed to be lower than the foot area. Nice place to stay to enjoy the area though. The staff was friendly and very welcoming.」

「The management of one refregerator shared by 12 rooms is a problem. We couldn't find the space to put our stuff in. They allow guests to leave leftovers and we found things with a tag of two days prior. We had to discard withered vegy bits to make room. They seem to lack a sense of hygene a little. Moreover we found a part of our pizza had been bitten off by somebody against their words. They had to replace with new pizza. The garbage box in a communal space was often overfilled. The roofed...

「Nice motel with beautiful views. Very clean! If I needed to be picky, the downside would be that they should have had a small table in the room and specify that the balcony is shared and there are no chairs or anything. I was looking forward to sitting out there with some privacy and enjoying a coffee. That didn't happen. There are some chairs in the grass court, but the feeling is like everyone else in the hotel would be looking at you.」

「Truely enjoyed our stay at your property. It had everything we needed and it was a nice location. Close to a market if we needed anything, restaurants across and down the road, and icecream for a wonderful treat. Schoodic was close and beautiful to explore. Unfortunately, tropical storn Phillippe cut our visit to the area short. We definitely recommend this property.」

「This was a first for me, I had never stayed in a B&B before. The breakfast was great. I did like you had an option of the room with a bathroom and one without. I’m glad we picked the one with because on the second night someone was in the other room and they were noisy and dropping a lot of items on the floor and shutting the door loudly. I will not score this B&B low because it’s not their fault. This is a lovely place if you like B&B. Thanks for the experience. 」

「Property is very comfortable and well-stocked. We chose it to avoid the crowds on MDI. It also gave us an excuse to explore the Schoodic Peninsula and a nice coastal drive to Bar Harbor. Check-in/out was easy and the host provides an extensive binder of hikes, restaurants, etc in the area.」

「Our little family (3 of us for that huge house) loved this huge house that was stocked with more than we needed, super comfortable beds and spacious rooms. We had games, movies, and the kitchen and bath fully stocked with coffee, seasonings, pasta ... (usually we have to bring everything). The property was perfect distance to Acadia and the Pickled Wrinkle is a must eat! Fire pit was evening ritual. House was fantastic, wish the beach was cleaner less lights on neighbor dock.」

「If you are going to the Lubec area, this is the place you will want to stay. The layout is great, the view is great, and the upfit/remodel job is great. Met the host, Geno, and he was great!」
