「Bis auf den relativ späten Check-in, die nicht mögliche Absprache über einen evtl. früheren Check-in (kein Tel.Anruf oder Eingehen auf meine E-Mails, sondern nur vorgefertigte Standard-Schreiben) und die unzumutbare Park-Situation, waren wir mit dem Zimmer, das wir nur für eine Nacht genutzt hatten, sehr zufrieden. Da wir nicht so spät mit dem Zug nach Paris rein fahren wollten, hätten wir gerne früher unser Reisegepäck ins Zimmer gestellt, mussten es aber dann im Auto lassen, das nicht näher...

「We enjoyed the location of this cute rental. It feels very central to many sites, shops and restaurants. Metro is nearby too. The apartment is quite small, as advertised. The sofa in the sitting area is average (a bit hard, stained upholstery) but we were not in the apartment much. We never figured out how to work the TV despite the video tutorials. Wifi is good. The bed is actually very comfortable and bathroom is spacious and functional. Maybe add a shelf or spot for travelers’ toiletries. 」

「The landlord refused to give us the addresses of the apartment or the place for picking up the keys until just before we arrived ... we are in our 80s ... we simply could not travel to Europe and taxi from the airport without knowing well before we left where we were going ... so we cancelled the rental and believe we should get a refund ... we have asked Expedia to help us but they have not been helpful, and have done nothing to help with the refund ... we are disgusted with the landlord and...
