「Stayed in the back on the second floor our first week and the room was clean, good water pressure in the shower, and hot water. Second week we got a room in the front on the first floor and comforters were badly stained, furniture was really worn, and just wasn’t very clean. I took my concerns to the front seat and was given another room in the back on the first floor. The room was cleaner but still needed attention to cleaning especially in the bathroom. Had originally 3 nights but checked out the very next day; they refused to refund me for the last 2 nights and stated " we cant; you did your reservation through expedia so ask them for a refund". Also refused to give a printout final statement at least get my employer to pay for the unused last 2 night.」

「Communication was slow with the host prior to check in. Once we checked in and out,cit was more timely. It is listed as a 3 bedroom/ 32bath with sleeping accommodations in a common area. While this is true, it doesn't mention that you have to walk through sleeping areas to get to bathrooms. Also, the common area was described to have a futon and queen sleeper.
