Great facilities including gym, spa, guest services etc. One small frustration is the uncertainty about which restaurants and services are associated with the Gloria Golf Resort and which are associated with the Gloria Serenity. They are all so close together having contradictory rules on accessibility to one or other sets of guests」

「Wir waren in den Bohemien Suits und ich muss sagen das alles gestimmt hat. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet, der eigene Strandabschnitt und auch unsere Suit. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr höflich zuvorkommend und sehr hilfsbereit. Für uns war es ein schöner Urlaub und gerne wieder」

Hôtel d’exception, spacieux et impeccablement propre. Le personnel est à l’écoute, toujours disponible et très professionnel. Les chambres sont immenses, décorées avec goût, et la piscine privée est un vrai plus pour profiter pleinement du séjour en toute tranquillité. Je recommande vivement cet établissement, tout y est réuni pour passer un moment inoubliable.」

クリーニングの書類でサイン欄がわかりにくくこれが抜けていたためクリーニングしてもらえませんでした、気をつけましょう。」

「Overall it was a great experience…cleanliness & staff & food was excellent. Sad there was a cover charge in the 2 other restaurants other than the buffet, pub & Neptune bar!!(closed in the evening we believe) We are from Canada so all other All Inclusive resorts we have visited include EVERY restaurant. We filled in the questionnaire on leaving…a positive would be padded sun beds…we only lay out for 20mins during our whole time there😢
