「Can not fault anything about Jamala, the zoo itself is exceptional with the cleanliness, the atmosphere and most importantly the animals are cared for with love & respect. This was the 2nd time we stayed overnight and the whole experience was again exceptional with the staff, the food and the rooms all outstanding!」

「I asked the front desk staff if the parking would be available next day and she said if I would talk to the front desk in the morning, I could get the key for the parking. Unfortunately I forgot to get the key in the morning so I was going to get one after coming back to the hotel. When we got back to the hotel, another staff said there was no available parking. I did not understand why she did not book a parking for me. I thought she did because she asked my room number. The staff are...

「The room is new, large and tidy, The equipment is also very complete. It’s impeccable. The front desk service attitude was not very good. Another thing to note is that parking is not in this Apartment, but on another street, and you have to pay an additional AU$10 each time you exit.」

「Convenient to other family members llving in Canberra. Amenities supplied were first rate. Although there was no dining facility it was only a very short walk (20 mtrs) to the Atrium next door. Will definitely stay there again and would gladly recommend the Adina to anyone looking for a serviced apartment stay. 」

「ホテル周辺の治安状況は良好・安全です．デザイナーズホテルなので，使い勝手はあまり良くないです．手洗い場の蛇口の位置が下過ぎたり，シャワーの水はね防止のガラス板の幅が狭くてトイレの床までお湯が撥ねたりしまず．部屋の照明は間接照明が多く，作業机も小さいため，部屋での仕事は難しい，特に私の部屋は裏庭側の部屋だった（空き部屋が無かった）ために常に暗かったので，皆さまには道路側の部屋をお勧めします． 」

「A comfortable stay. Our gift on arrival was $10 to spend at the pantry downstairs and the "late check out" that we received through Expedia was 10am, so definitely keep this in mind if booking normally as I'd say check out would be 9am.」
