「これぞアメリカといった感じの建物で、日本で言えば高原の軽井沢にのんびりいる感じ。 家具調度が凝っていて落ち着きのあるホテルでした。テラスのロッキングチェアで夕方に供されるワインとオードブルでくつろぎました。朝食はフルーツたっぷりのヨーグルトとフレンチトースト。 古いしつらえの建物なのでエレベーターはありません。部屋に持っていく荷物は軽く！ 出会った老夫婦は以前にこの近所のホテルに来たことがあって、今度は是非ここに泊まりたいと思って来たのだと言ってました。 クイーンサイズベッドはちょっと狭く、それが失敗でした。」

「Property was clean. It was well stocked. Kitchen was very nice. The bathroom was spacious, clean nicely laid out. Did not like that they charge you or Matthew 20 something dollars a day for men that you have right out of the property whether you use it or not they automatically charge you for every night you stay which is not just justifiable. It is better to charge you if you use the amenity as soon as you go in since you have to drive to the location, they can charge you an interest rate...

「Nowhere on their website did they mention the lake had no water. They were also doing repairs so the walls had exposed wires. The bathrooms are reminiscent of a hospital bathroom. The rooms are poorly lit with no tv. Lots of history in the buildings just very dated rooms. The breakfast was really great.」

「Staff was excellent. We really enjoyed the boat tour of the lake. Rooms were large and comfortable. A great night's sleep. We really enjoyed sitting on the screen porch and watching the boats come and go. The decor is a bit dated. I believe they said the lakeside rooms were due to be updated in the next year. Restaurant was just so-so. We'd recc. going out to Grand Olde Station for a meal. Overall, a great stay. We plan to go back in the future.」

「If you want to have a lakeview, call Capital Properties. The lakeview cabins are all Time Shares. However, all pictures of the property on VRBO or on Expedia and even on the actual website all lead one to believe you are getting a lakeview condo. It did not indicate to call them before booking to inquire about a lakefront condo . The write-up did not how views of the specific condo, showing the outside in the woods. . We were not the only one. Our neighbor believed the same thing,...
