「Nothing but great things to say about this place. I highly recommend it. And the price was more than reasonable for such a nice place. Felt like we were living in a museum. Well stocked. Well maintained. Beautiful interior. Games, books, cooking necessities, ample space. Great host. I will return 」

「The host was very easy to get in touch with, the home was simple but perfect. Obviously newly renovated and had everything we needed in the kitchen. Wonderful home and suggest staying here if you’re looking for a place in the area. 」

「For starters the staff was very pleasant, room was clean, bedding was excellent, no issues with parking. Having a breakfast at the hotel is perfect and the choices were great for the days we stayed.」

「The good : well located with easy highway access to Route 81, Watertown, Sackets Harbor, and the Thousand Islands region within 10 to 25 minutes. Reasonably comfortable rooms. Good desk staff (when they are there). The bad: continental breakfast was poor. No breads of any kind. No fruits. Bitter Coffee. The desk staff often not there. Sought towels at 10pm. Rang the service phone at desk. No one came after over 5 minutes. I finally roamed till I found a guy. Internet wifi was...

「VERY, very basic. I thought the bed was gonna break. There was an outlet right over the headboard that was being pulled so tight that the item plugged into it was pulling it sideways and out of the wall. Looked dangerous. The floor slanted and felt hollow underneath. The towels did not smell clean.」

Toiles d’araignées dans la chambre, miroir bariolé. Pas de verre ( même plastique) pour se brosser les dents. Brûlures de cigarettes dans les draps. Expérience horrible.」

「This is in a terrible part of town. Property was a mess. No ice machine or any amenities. We were given a coffee machine that had mold in it. We only stayed 1 of the 3 nights of the reservation which made the host angry. He said it was a 5 star hotel and that was charging us for the other 2 nights. I did take out cancellation insurance which made him very unhappy and he hung up on me.」

「Cindy and Fred were incredibly welcoming and this cabin is really charming. Built by Fred, it’s a work of art. Instantly comfortable as it was a perfect spot to rest up after visiting local state parks.」

「Property was lovely and clean, spacious and nicely decorated and furnished. Fully equipped kitchen, supplied with condiments and coffee for the coffee machine, unfortunately no laundry facilities. Bathroom was stocked with towels and basic toiletries in case you’ve forgotten anything which was a nice touch. Beds comfortable and bed linen clean and fresh. Ample parking, quiet location near to town centre and facilities/ eateries. Host was available and answered any queries we had. I would...
