「The room was very clean and bed super comfortable. Breakfast served was more than the typical American breakfast. The staff at the breakfast were amazing and super friendly.」

「Place was nice looking but the amenity fee is crazy high and the continental breakfast is lacking a lot!」

「Bed bugs. My adult son was bit up pretty good. I have pictures. No one assisted us to bag up our clothes and belongings that were there. No one came up to the room to start bagging up the bedding or anything. I had to pay to use the commercial washer and dryer to wash the clothes that were in the room. I asked to speak with the manager but was told that he was not there, but they would have him contact me. Nothing yet. We should be reimbursed for our stay to say the least.」

「The pillows are terrible and need to be changed. Additionally the shampoo was terrible and the breakfast was nothing to desired.」

「The house is nice and clean and very convenient to get to from the heart of New Paltz. The kitchen isn't very equipped for cooking, but there are plenty of dishes and coffee cups. The upstairs art is pretty uncomfortable and my teenage sons were creeped out by it all. The Hosts are super nice and very responsive. Thank you for a good stay. 」
