「The property was exactly as described in VRBO; nothing fancy but just fine. The add-on for "insurance" made the unit unnecessarily expensive (in my case anyway). You also might consider adding pasteurized 1/2 & 1/2 that doesn't require refrigeration & dark roast for coffee drinkers to the Keurig cabinet. Many thanks for your thoughtfulness and help. 「This was a huge property with plenty of space for our group. Accommodations were comfortable and we had everything we needed. The check-out procedure was quick and easy, which was a relief when trying to pack up with so many children underfoot. Overall a great experience!」

「John was a fantastic host - his home was the perfect solution for us for a few days while we were in the process of moving to the area and our home wasn't ready yet. Great communication with us prior to check-in, very responsive to our questions and needs at the beginning and throughout our stay.
