「スタッフ対応などは良好だが、施設は老朽化が進んでおり、清潔度はやや低め。」

「Hailey at the front desk was super kind when we arrived. She is a great first impression of the hotel. Beds were super comfy and clean. The only downside to the stay was the bathroom has a strong mildew smell. Not the hotel’s fault. Just happens with bathrooms that don’t run the exhaust fan long enough after showering. Either way, would stay here again for sure. Thank you」

「Nice place in a great location. The suites are well equipped to entertain and feed people.」

「The hotel had only two luggage carts available on a holiday weekend. Unfortunately, someone decided to take one of the carts to their room long before they were checking out, (so rude) leaving only ONE cart available for everyone else checking out. I waited almost 30 minutes for the cart. One elevator was out of order and there was no one working on it as of 9:45 this morning.」

「When I went to check in there was no one there. I called and no one answered. By the time they had called me back I had already had to find another place to stay. Would not recommend to anyone.」
