「I use this hotel every year, and sometimes door was broken, internet connection was weak, shower was only cold water, and so on. However, the renovation has finished and became to belong to Sheraton or Mariott, I was surprised how sophisticated you are now! Everything becomes better, so please keep this!!」

"This is my second stay at this hotel (the first stay was in 2020). They prepared the annex which is a bit far from main building. It is just 2-3minutes, but the restaurant and bar is at the main. (I don't know how is in the main building, but) the room of annex have no mosquito net even in Zanzibar (they said it is OK to other customers... really?). So, I needed to turn on air conditioner all time, and it made me shivering all night (air conditioner worked good enough). I wonder you can spend comfortably in this situation. And more, stairs of the annex were not stable as in my country (Japan), so I always fell down. You can enter the main building free (without showing the key or something), and this means outsider can go inside easily. OK, this is in Zanzibar, Tanzania!!"
