"Staff treated us like royalty, location was fantastic for all areas of the city. The breakfast felt so luxury, with fantastic views of Stockholm. Really cool inside, especially rooms - with lovely big windows. Soundproofed fantastically, didn’t hear a peep from any neighbours. Worth noting there’s no safe in the rooms, but the hotel felt safe so didn’t feel the need. We would stay again in a heartbeat! "

"The female staff member at the reception was very cold in her response. The soundproofing was almost nonexistent, and I filed a complaint because I could still hear music coming from the room next door even after 11 PM. In the end, I could hear the music and voices from the neighboring room until 1 AM, so I was unable to sleep."

"Clean room, nice design and comfortable bed. Bathroom was nice also. Could've used a few more pillows for my family, but we also didn't ask for more. Staff was extremely helpful. We left our iPad in the room after check out, got to security and realized. I ran back and they helped me get it no problem. Breakfast was a great spread also! I would recommend this hotel every time if you have an early flight out of ARN."

"The property is exactly the way it appears on the photo.The staff are very amazing,kind and friendly.The hotel is in a very good location from where you can easily access any place in the city.The rooms are very spacious and clean with a window showing good sight seen.The Break is another area that actualy made me feel at home.quality food.I will love to vist again."
