「Both Afternoons while entering the Lobby we had complimentary Sangrias red and white mixtures. The Staff were helpful in restaurant choices and directions. The pool was clean and you could see the sunset since it is a rooftop swimming area! Parking was really convenient since the hotel is located two blocks from the boardwalk, we barely moved the vehicle until driving to Lewes that was only 5mins yes away to local bars !!」

「The hotel was very clean. The service was excellent. The only thing I would change is when you’re checking out you have the housekeeping waiting outside your door couple hours before check out is due. The housekeeping should wait somewhere else until you leave the room」

「Receptionists and housekeepers were excellent in customer service. I did not like the high price I paid; it was not worth the benefits, such as no breakfast and the inconvenient walk up the stairs to reach the reception desk. 」

「We've stayed at the Holiday Inn Express by Northside Park in OCMD three times now for Cruise Weekends for cars. Each time our rooms have been very clean, working appliances (TV, fridge, microwave etc) and excellent temperature control. We pay about $198/night for a King size accessible room. There is plenty of parking and we've never been worried about our vehicles. The rooms are spacious and have enough towels and toiletries (soap etc) for several days. The hotel is right near Northside Park...

「There were Fire Emergency due to breakage on the Sprinkler around midnight, and it lasted an hour to get back to the room. The night manager seemed to deal with the issue quite efficiently. My only concern was that there were no other employees available who can help the night manager. First time experience for me, and glad it is over. 」
