「Friendly and helpful staff, as usual. The room was clean and the breakfast was great.」

「They put me into a room with a tv that didn't work, the toilet didn't refill/flush, and the tub was cracked. They moved me to another room that had mold in the shower, the furniture was very aged and had plywood screwed to the ceiling.」
