「Fairly good breakfast and clean, huge rooms. However, grout was in horrible shape, the tv was practically ancient (and way too small for the size of the room), no USB by the bedside. Just generally very dated and needing an overhaul. The staff was great.」

「The room I stayed in had holes in the sheets that were on my bed. The dispensers in the bathroom shower had crud all of them had not been cleaned. The blinds that faced the pool were coming off.」

「Room was nice and clean but had other issues with it. Broken floor tiles in bathroom, peeling paint and burnt out light bulbs. Also the pool was ridiculously cold. Nobody was in it so the hot tub was packed.」

「Super frustrated with this VRBO!! Not because we didn't like what we saw but because we never got the chance to stay. Our families were driving hours, anywhere from 100 to 400 miles to get there that evening, and when we got there, another party showed up. The host, Mark, gave the VRBO to them because he said they booked before we did. He said it was human error (I get that this happens) but that they must have forgotten to mark those dates off the calendar after the first party committed. How...
