「We absolutely loved everything about The Vendue: fabulous artwork, wonderful staff and concierge service, the location is supreme and safe at night, walked to 5 star restaurants, and one of the best perks is their warm homemade chocolate chip cookies and milk after a long day and dinner. They were dangerous in the best way! We had a king room with windows. We would stay there again in a heartbeat. Thanks to the wonderful staff for making our visit so memorable.」

「Beware! The hotel is undergoing renovations until at least January 2027. We heard trucks backing up and construction noises in the mornings. If you are a light sleeper, bring a white noise machine or book elsewhere. Our garden suite was very large and nicely appointed. Not quite as upscale as Charleston Place but also not as expensive. But…the window leaked badly when it rained and the safe stopped working midway through our trip and required repair. Housekeeping didn’t come to refresh the room...
