Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared for guests.The location is perfect — just a short walk or drive to Plains' historic downtown, President Carter landmarks, and the peaceful small-town scenery that makes this area so special.The host was welcoming, responsive, and clearly cares about preserving the home's heritage while making sure visitors have all the modern comforts they need.If you appreciate historic homes with personality and charm, this is a wonderful place to stay. We'd happily come back again if in the area. "

"Was a perfect stay. We didnt bring our four legged friend but were grateful we could. Bed was comfortable, my son slept in the chair (I may need buy one when we get home) Everything was neat and clean as expected. "

"Great property and would stay here again for sure. The property wasnt dirty but if we had stayed for a week or something I would have wanted to wipe it down and clean the floors. Beautiful views. "

"Although this place stated they were renovated, I found this to be misleading. The toilet was new, and the tile looked like us was installed by unskilled workers. The shower curtain rod and grab bars were stained and peeling. The walls were dirty, the bedspread was stained, furniture was worn, scratched. We slept in our clothes and coats on top of the bedspread bc we just felt things were not clean. The nightstand lamp did not work. Non of the usb outlets works in any lamp. The microwave oven was dirty. Worst was the door to the room did not have a secondary lock for security. They had been broken off. We jammed the one chair provided against the door. They required full payment upfront (2nights). The fine print stated that once the check in paper was signed, no refunds were allowed, so we were stuck. The motel seemed to house those who were otherwise homeless. Personal chairs outside doors and a BBQ was on a balcony. The “lobby” was always locked and I had to make a call to have someone check me in. This is NOT the quality of motel I expected to find on Hotels.com."
