「Clean and the process of checking in and out were very simple. It is recommended but unfortunately two thirds of the laundry machines were out of orders and could use only one and was very busy while we stayed.」

「Although located a 20-30 minute walk to the beach the room and balcony are large and the apartment had great views of the ocean. Centre of Playa de las Americas only a 20-minute drive away. Would stay again.」

「We had a great stay at the palm beach. Entertainment at the pool or in the evening each day we stayed which was a great bonus. Lots of amenities at the hotel area too, 2 mins to the strip and the cafe type shop that makes toasties/baguettes just outside the hotel was amazing!!」

「For what we paid the hotel is outstanding, the Guy on reception is super friendly and very knowledgeable about the local area,, he can’t do enough for you. The hotel is really relaxed about bringing your own drink etc to the pool. The pool bar is superb and very reasonable cost wise. The location is fantastic, especially if you’re on a budget, very clean and the water in the swimming pool is immensely clean and warm in the bottom pool! 「Wonderful apartment. Spacious and a massive terrace. Tea, coffee, sugar, dishwashing tablets all present. A nice touch. Unfortunately the big pool was closed but the other pools were open, so no big issue. I can recommend the apartments, make sure you have a car to get around. 」

When we arrived we were greeted by Bruno and he really set our holiday off to a good start he was welcoming, we mentioned we had a car to explore and he recommended some amazing places, thank you Bruno! 「Enough space room, not big but nice pool and nice pool bar, I was satisfied everything in case of this price. Location was also good, very close to the beach area and a lot of restaurant. I recommended to visit local restaurants along beach side. For the young couple, it’s better to stay at las Americas area to enjoy night life, but for the family, here is good. Definitely I would like to use this hotel again.」
