「Overall okay. Only thing is the master bedroom aircon which takes awhile to fix. Owner very responsive and provided welcome drinks when arrived. The area is good and quite close to shops. Good to have a car though.」

「Everything was wonderful. The reception team is fantastic. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very well maintained. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of dishes to choose from. Practically all of the staff speak English. Aiman from the reception is an angel who explains everything and is extremely dedicated to providing excellent customer service. The gym is clean and well maintained, and the pool is wonderfully clean as well. I will definitely come back! Best regards, Dorota」

「セピロックを満喫するならサンダカンの街よりセピロック滞在がおすすめです。 このロッジからはラブックベイ以外は徒歩で行けますし、ラブックベイへのシャトル乗り場も近いです。 近くにはカフェや他のロッジもあります。 ジャングルの中にありますが大変に清潔で、虫などの心配もありません（とは言え自分でケアした方が いいですが） ベッドも部屋も居心地よく、シャワーも熱いお湯が使えて快適です。 テラスぼんやり過ごすのは最高の贅沢でした。 レストランもオープンエアで朝は日差しが、夜は闇の中の静寂が最高に気持ちいいです。 スタッフもとても対応が良くテキパキ働いています。 出来ればもう2泊位して「何もしない」をしたかったです。 お勧め。」

「発熱を伝えたが、特に何の応対もなかったのが残念だった。ホスピタリティの中でも、弱っている客への対応が何かしらこのクラスのホテルにはあってほしい。」

「設備は必要最小限で、エアコン、シャワーは問題なく使えました。 部屋はスーツケースを二つ広げても余裕がありました。 スタッフの感じも割と良かったのですが、ただホテルの周りに何もなく、散策の楽しみは少ないと思います。 もしまたサンダカンに行くなら、市街地に泊まってみたいです。」

「The place is very worn down and not particularly clean. There’s a strong, unpleasant, and stuffy smell throughout the building. The escape routes in case of fire seem questionable and not clearly marked. Overall, it feels poorly maintained and unsafe. Definitely not a place I would recommend for families with children.」
