「Never get worse than this place. The hotel staff did not do anything, despite the fact that the room next door was full of noise, with teenagers fooling around late into the night, filling the hallway and my room with the smell of alcohol and marijuana. Finally, after midnight, I was given another room, but the staff didn't even help me moving out my luggage to another room.The next morning I complained about it, but they only gave me a 15% discount and did not even apologize. I was furious and...

「The rooms were not cleaned at all. The bathrooms were filthy , bed not made. they placed me in another room, same issues. Finally they found a 3rd room that was clean. I'd like to also note that the person helping us was very kind . She worked at the the Hampton Gardens and was called to help at the Hampton Inn. She stated two people were not working because they had called in, So, she had to cover and work at the Hampton Inn. She was extremely helpful, though that was not where she ususally...

「The location is very convenient and right off the main route 59 so that you have access in a minute without hearing the traffic in your room. The place is clean. the staff is friendly. The parking is free, close and easy. They have a bell cart. The only reason I rated it 4 stars rather than 5 is water pressure. It is practically non-existent. Other than that, I'll be back!」

「First, the registration office is kind of hidden and it was hard to find it. The room was not very clean and there are really no amenities. The breakfast area doesn't even have tables, only a few bar stools and a high bar area. Also, regarding breakfast, if you can call it that. There's really nothing available except for a few muffins, coffee, apple and orange juice, nothing else.」

「The Smell Of WEED And The Sanitation Definitely Needs Improvement, The Entire Building Needs To Be Done. There is an awful smell when you get to the front door would not recommend and never would stay there again.」

「It's a beautiful place but rooms need upgrade. Old room no fridge or microwave. Went with a child and didn't have a fridge to put her milk in. It was very disappointing. Room next to mine was shut down under construction.」

「For the younger generation this place is the perfect place to be. For people our age (70’s) we were hoping for a little different. Hosts were great to deal with and the location was perfect. We also found it to be well maintained.」
