「Nice little close budget friendly family option!」

「Everything was perfect the only bad thing was the A/C didn’t work properly keeps turning off and it was impossible to keep that room in temperature wasn’t good at all other then that it was good.」

「Hit and miss, but overall, positive stay. The beds were very stiff and not very comfortable. However, our stay was during a major heatwave and the AC was glorious. Continental breakfast is as would be expected for the price at this place.」

「I found the Wingate Mansfield fine. It wasn’t comfortable, but it wasn’t uncomfortable on the plus side. The staff is very friendly. The property is clean. It looks nice. Our room was quiet. We got a good night sleep. The bathroom great and a good size. We had a bath stool in the bathroom that was literally the best seat in the room. The only seat for me to put on socks & shoes and wait for my roommate to finish getting ready since I didn’t want to climb up on the tall beds or roll over his bed...

「Room smelt terrible, was dirty, and I woke up itching from head to toe. Bedding was stained and I believe infested with flees or bedbugs. Would not recommend.」

「I think this property has a potential to be a three star just by fixing things that are broken like plumbing and air conditioning and grouting. Most important is a more meticulous approach to cleaning the rooms--dusty, sticky, crusty, dingy, and moldy--all not good combinations.」

「Someone was above me walking all night long. I got up at 430 as I had an early morning commitment and they were still walking around. It was very unsettling honestly. The hotel was basically empty so I’m not sure why I was placed under someone’s living space. There aren’t paid rooms above the first floor so I’m not sure what was happening.」
