「We were there for three days and not once did they make our bed, empty our trash or bring clean towels. The lighting in our room was extremely inadequate. Our toilet was wobbly. The pool had crumbling concrete around the edge which kept falling into the pool. There were cockroaches. One morning the milk gravy was literally cold. They ran out of orange juice, milk and forks but no one replaced them. There was no one around to check and see if any breakfast items needed to be replenished. ...

「To start, there was no sign origh5s to indicate you'd located the hotel. We drove past it several times before finding it The room was large & the bed was very comfortable. If that's all you're looking for, then this should be your choice. But, if you're looking for even a little more, look elsewhere. The showerhead & shower was horrible. The towels were beyond thin; non-absorbent & the bath towel was the size of a hand towel. The "amenities" were 2 tiny bars of soap. That was it. No shampoo,...

I got cleaning supplies from the office and attempted to clean it but it was still disgusting. 「Beautiful older building. Great location to walk to food/coffee/attractions. Very accommodating and friendly staff. The train going by every few hours with very loud horn was annoying but not the hotels fault. Easy and convenient parking.」

「We have stayed in B&B's for 30+ years. This is the first time we have been told breakfast was not included but we could pay more if we wanted it. The bed was uncomfortable . The cat was irritating. The "private" bathroom was down the hall and someone else tried to get in while I was in there. No bath towels. Just a terrible experience.」
