「Once again I get to a hotel and one can see the bed was worn out: you could see that the bed was "bowed". The towel rack in the bathroom was at a 60 degree angle, barely able to hold towels. STAY AWAY FROM ROOM 110!!!!」

「We arrived at the proprty and walked up to the porch to ring the doorbell. The property was overrun with dead plants and was very un kempt. The steps were hard to negotiate for my wife and I. There were pots of dead plants on every step. There was a cat tower next to the front door, and there was feces smeared on it right at eye level.
