We decided to skip the breakfast part of the Bed & Breakfast and enjoyed breakfast with “the locals” at “the Diner” recommended by our host. We really appreciated our host’s recommendations for a variety of quality “local” amenities. My wife raved about our “feather bed”again and again on our trip back home:-)」

「This was an amazing place. Comfortable, relaxing, and homey. The furniture is beautiful. The plants are real. I long for a sense of place with history and character, not plastic flowers and indescript mass art. This house checked all tbose boxes. We liked it so much that we quickly reserved a stay for our return trip. This will be our go to everytime we go to Hannibal which is our favorite stopover on our way to Chicago. Mark Twain soul is so refreshing. The people of Hannibal make me feel apart...

「My boyfriend and I had a wonderful stay. The rooms were clean and nice. By sheer luck we were able to get a bathroom to ourselves which was a bonus. Chris was a welcoming and responsive host. Breakfasts were on time and delicious. The house overall had a very pleasant vibe. And we were obsessed with the cats who were very well mannered themselves and didn’t smell at all. We like to take a break from using a car if possible on vacations so downtown and most attractions being within a few blocks...
