"No working lifts building feels old and unkempt staff helpful although I’m pretty sure the cleaning room people broke my luggage zip as I had it zipped when I went out and it wasn’t broken and when I returned to room found it broken which goes to show they were tempered with"

Originally stayed in the "cabanas" by the pool, which were very below par for a four star hotel (apparently about to be refurbished), but was moved to a room in the hotel proper, which was a massive improvement. Pools were excellent and a wealth of top class eating options, although strangely no actual Egyptian. The staff were fantastic and overall an excellent stay."
