"The room was clean, the water pressure was excellent, the staff was kind and attentive especially with laundry. We stayed for 2 weeks and never once had an issue, in fact this hotel was our home base as we explored all over Egypt. I will be staying at the Swiss Inn Nile again when I return to Cairo."

"The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. The laundry service was reasonable with a quick turnaround and our clothes have never looked better!! They were even able to remove a stubborn stain from my daughter’s pants. Quick responses to any requests. The Breakfast was delicious with plentiful options. Easy check in and check out. The location was great. Would stay again."

"The hotel has a very good location, which makes it convenient to explore the area. It’s also easy to bring food to your room, which is a nice plus. The service is generally good, but it can be quite slow at times. While the staff are helpful, improvements in speed would make the experience much better. Overall, the hotel does not feel like a true 5-star property and is more comparable to a 4-star hotel."
