「I am someone who never writes bad reviews; even if I feel uncomfortable, I usually just let it go. However, this time the experience was absolutely terrible. The hotel's cleanliness was appalling—the toilet was filthy, and the room door wouldn't even lock! The staff were incredibly rude and treated us like thieves! For anyone planning to stay in Penang, I strongly advise against staying at this wretched place!」

「I highly recommend this hotel! The location is well-centered but quiet enough. A room is still new, well-maintained, and clean. There is no desk but they offer a lovely common room. Wifi works well, too. If there is a flip top for a W.C., I'd be happier(W.C. and a shower room is same there )Staffs and the owner are super-friendly and kind! The map they gave us is full of local food information, that was quite helpful. They offer a few piece of cakes and a pot of tea every afternoon and a cup...
