Stayed here for 3 business trips. Informed front counter that the bathrooms were smelly coming from the waste pipe. They said action were taken, but still the same smelly 'cos it also affect the rooms and corridor areas. Rooms with windows nightly enjoy karaoke from next door till early morning, once till 2.30am. It's ok if you want some source of inner company, but not that you want to sleep in!!!

Tiny room

I use to stay with E Red when I travel to mainland Penang but this one is a little disappointed. I paid more money but ended up getting myself a tiny room, imagine my bed and the TV is only a arm length distance and it wasn't good enough when I compare to the other E Red hotel in Bandar Perda and Seberang Jaya. Won't be booking this hotel again ...

There is a karaoke next to the hotel, so it is quite noisy at nite till they close shop. So you can only start your sleep after they closed.

Low budget hotel prima te doen

In het begin een kamer op de hoek gekregen. Helaas ligt dienrecht tegenover een bar waar Chinese karaoke keihard over straat galmt tot diep in de morgen. Het personeel was erg behulpzaam en heeft voor een andere kamer gezorgd, na ons alternatieven te hebben getoond die door diverse oorzaken niet bij ons paste. De volgende dag dan ook een kamer zonder problemen en buiten geluiden gekregen. Het prettige en behulpzame personeel heeft zeker aan onze totaal beleving meegeholpen.

I booked my family room with 1king and 2 single, the hotel never informs me that the room booked by me is not available until a day before I check-in. The manager promise will replace a better room but when I was there the room provide for me is the room which under maintenance. The water heater is not function, the toilet bowl cover is broken this is one thing, after complaint, the manager decides to refund me with RM4! I bring my family total 3adults and 2 kids with the time 4pm+, where do I find a better room to fit it? I really angry with the arrangement by the so call"manager"

New hotel

Worthy to pay at this price as its still new and good condition, however a little distance from the town.  I hope the management could remain the service and the condition of the room and look forward to drop by again in the future.
