「We mostly enjoyed our stay at Bear Mountain. Respectfully, The Overlook Lodge is closer to a roadside motel than a Lodge. There’s no staff on site or elevators, so fair warning if you have a lot of stuff with you and staying on the 2nd floor. This is probably a little nitpicky, but the lighting is so cold and it feels like a hospital in all of the common areas and the rooms. 「It was just okay」

「TVs there are extremely out of date」

「Thank you! 」

「駐車場が停めやすいくらいしか褒めるところがない。」

「Very new and clean hotel with good choice break fast.」

「Great location for my visit with family. Clean and lovely room design. However, noisy from traffic on Rte17. Could not control air conditioning until under the window …too cold! Needed some breakfast items for the late sleepers. Would purchase something if Food was available. Had to drive elsewhere.」

「Please think that it's suitable for a price. To pay a little bit more would be much better.」

「The front desk staff was very friendly, cordial and helpful The room smelled like an ashtray...had to open the windows to air it out some The bed linens and towels were very clean but the carpet was filthy and musty. They did not provide "free breakfast" only coffee And the noise inside the hotel and outside the area was unbearable...I got zero shut eye.... Never again They need to work on noise resistant walls or update their amenities....seriously.」
