「Beautiful setting, quiet atmosphere, comfortable bed and modern bathroom. The room could use some chairs for folks who can't sit on low, soft sofas. 」

「山火事の影響があったり、壁が薄くて隣人の声が少し気になりましたが、とても清潔な部屋でコンビニやスーパーが隣にあり、街までも近く、周辺の雰囲気も素晴らしく、凄く良い滞在でした またいつか再訪しようと思います」

「It was a clean and lovely room with very nice fabrics. Also I got everything I needed, I did not feel inconvenienced. A river was flowing in front of hotel, and I slowly relaxed by the garden and the veranda. In the evening the deer was walking slowly in front of me. The BBQ grill in the garden was also easy to use. It is hotel which we want to visit...

「Too may kids. We were not able to enjoy the amenities because of it, they were running around in the pool, jacuzzi, and even the gym. We couldn’t even get a work out in. Was hoping for a romantic getaway and too many kids just ruined it.」

「The bathroom did not have its own vanity counter and wash basin. It was outside in the living room. Also the price was a bit too high.」

「Room has been renovated so it was nice enough but we spilled water on the floor and the towel was so dirty. We only got 2 washcloths and 3 towels for 4 days of stay. The coffee maker was broken. I contacted the place and they never came to fix anything or bring new towels when requested. The office was never open the entire stay. For the price I would have expected a little more 」

「Mostly, bathroom had signs of mold and cobwebs. Toilet wouldn't flush either and had to have maintenance come by and it still doesn't work properly 」

「Staff was amazing and bent over backwards to help us correct our reservation (our error). Room was clean. Easy walking distance to the best sites in Twisp.」

「We were here in the fall after the golf course closed and “winter pricing” was in affect. We were told it is quite busy during peak season, but it was darn near abandoned in November. Beautiful place with one golf course still under construction, more condos recently completed…lots going on for future amenities. Room was open and roomy with high ceilings and fireplace. View was gorgeous! We’ll be back!」

「great stay- there was a snaffoo with access to my room-staff was on sight to quickly and courteously resolve the problem.」

「We had short one night stay in Mazama. It was a super smooth check in process and we had no issues. We chose Mazama because of the close proximity to North Cascades. Would stay here again!」

「What a beautiful spot! Our room had a great view and the suite was new and clean! We would absolutely come back and I bet it’s amazing during the summer!!」
