「チェックイン時、予約した部屋が用意されておらず、案内された部屋は浴室が狭くて汚いため、１泊はワンランク下の部屋に宿泊することとなった。他の宿泊客も多くはなく、ホテルはガラガラなのに全く理解できない。しかもフロントの従業員が謝ることもなかった。とても信じられない対応である。家具も調度品もチープで、特に１泊目に滞在した道路側の部屋は車の音で夜もうるさい。二度と利用しない。」
