「チェックイン時、予約した部屋が用意されておらず、案内された部屋は浴室が狭くて汚いため、１泊はワンランク下の部屋に宿泊することとなった。他の宿泊客も多くはなく、ホテルはガラガラなのに全く理解できない。しかもフロントの従業員が謝ることもなかった。とても信じられない対応である。家具も調度品もチープで、特に１泊目に滞在した道路側の部屋は車の音で夜もうるさい。二度と利用しない。」

「Amazing hotel and extremely affordable. This for sure the very best location in Giseny. The hotel is directly at the lake. Walkable to the public beach and pretty much everywhere. The breakfast was amaizng and all the staff memebers were very friendly anddemonstrated solid hospitality skills. I loved everything about this trip.」

「The setting of the hotel is superb – nice beach (the water has great mineral quality to it), different walks at the door step (Congo-Nile trail or lakeside paths, coffee washing station nearby is great to visit). The food is excellent (from the local vegetable and fruit garden) and rooms are spacious and well-maintained. The downsides are 11 km of dirt track in poor condition (allow extra 10-15 min relative to google maps estimate) and rooms can be too warm at night (24C at night, no aircon) 」
