「Room was very clean, property is dated though. We had comfortable 2 nights. Staff was very friendly. Only low point was the shower, very low water pressure and took a while to heat up.」

「We stayed in a twin room in the older part of the building....it was very disappointing! The mattress was the most uncomfortable that i have ever slept on, it must jave been the cheapest matress you could buy, all the springs had gone in it and lots of dips and hollows, i had to lay the bath towels on top of it to try and stop the springs from digging into me! 「We had a lovely 4 night stay while visiting family in Great Yarmouth. The staff was first class and took care of our every need. We had a great breakfast each morning and a very good light dinner on one night during our stay. We will stay at the Imperial Hotel on our next visit.」
