「This is a property with a breathtaking view of the Ooty huills and valleys. The cottages are good although they now require a fresh coat of paint inside. Food is decent and the breakfast spread is very good and so is the dinner buffet. Hotel staff are helpful and response to the calls is quick. Hot water timings are restricted in the mornings and evenings but that's not too much of an issue. The hotel helped us with a immersion rod beyond the normal timings so that was very helpful. 「This property has an excellent view of nearby tea plantation, has good parking space once we drove up the steep ramp. However, the rooms were not ready even 2 hours after the scheduled arrival time. The staff were cleaning rooms; with beds from multiple rooms in corridors; unclean bathrooms, broken bathroom door. Overall, it felt like not managed by professionals.」

「First thing after reaching the location I couldn't find the property,After interrogating with localities, they told there is no such hotel.So in that location there was another hotel where the owner told lot of fake bookings are happening with name of the hotel.So no one helped from expedia customer care when I called on toll free number.」
