「Staff are excellent , welcoming and friendly. They are very much disposed to help and assist customer in any way they could. Above all the breakfast is superb, delicious and fulfilling . Great value for money spent. I will use them again anything am in Abuja. I enjoyed every moment I spent. Thanks to Expedia for linking me to 3J's Hotel Limited.」

「On arrival the desk clerk was unable to find my booking and the manager was called. This proved to be an unhelpful experience even though the booking was found he stated that he couldn’t find confirmation of the payment, despite me showing him the confirmation emails from Hotel.com. He appeared completely uninterested leaving me to phone the UK landline available to me so they could resolve the matter. He then disappeared to his office leaving me to follow and enquire of the outcome after which...
