And the entire staff were all pleasant and extremely helpful with answering my questions and assisting with scheduling airport transfers and excursions!!! The location is amazing as well as it's only a few minutes walk from the city center!! 」

His 8 siblings and extended family and friends , a group of 25, stayed in condos close by CASA 72.CASA 72 was the perfect location forthe 9 of us as we were footsteps from the beach and restaurants. It was conveniently located to various shuttle services so day trips to zip lining, beaches,OmeTepe, Grenada etc.Luis and his wife welcomed us back home every time. They took such great care of us and were always quick to offer any help...

「I am giving three stars because I expected more from the presidential room we paid for. While the staff were welcoming and helpful, the hotel itself left much to be desired. A major issue was the lack of hot water for showers, which is unacceptable considering the price of the presidential suite. Additionally, there were very few amenities included for example, the boat ride was not part of the package, which was disappointing.
