「They denied us the room due to my medical alert service dog. They claimed it was a pet even with my paper work, certificates and vest! Worse they lied to hotel.com claiming they would give us the room for an extra $100 and refused refund. We reserved and arrived less than 24 hrs later and we lost a room we did not use almost $400. They said my service dog was unsanitary to the other guests and refused us entry. At 9pm at night we had to find another hotel! Horrible experience 」

「La habitacion estaba super , la ubicacion tambien. La unica razon por cual puse 4 en ves de 5 es porque el restaurante es una decepcion. Con todos los lugares lindos que hay en granada, esta sala de comedor no da ganas de comer en el hotel en ningun tiempo de comida, es una lastima. Comimos desayuno y esta OK, ni bueno , ni malo. El personal es lindo, es un lindo hotel. Deberian pedir las llaves de los huespedes que se parquean porque casi perdimos nuestro ferry por estar bloqueado en el parqueo...

「I am giving three stars because I expected more from the presidential room we paid for. While the staff were welcoming and helpful, the hotel itself left much to be desired. A major issue was the lack of hot water for showers, which is unacceptable considering the price of the presidential suite. Additionally, there were very few amenities included for example, the boat ride was not part of the package, which was disappointing.
