The ad says washer and dryer but when you get there they tell you it's not for guests but you can use it. Everything was first class. Host was very helpful, even replaced a bathroom sink I broke when I was trying to turn on shower heat and slipped and fell on sink. It was replaced the next day. Good people to deal with.
