「The friendliness of the staff ~ Room was comfortable but had a slight smell that was a tad annoying (musty?) But great staff & check-in process!!」

「Never disappoints. The rooms are big with a lot of space. The AC works great. Has a great pool right in middle and an amazing restaurant right next door. Staff were very friendly and helpful!」

「Great property, good looking grounds, the staff were friendly and hard working. It's a shame i was there during this Covid outbreak and so the hotel and city were empty. My room wasn't the greatest in the sense that the shower didn't work quite well and the hand and face towels we were given were stained and hence looked dirty and were actually NOT changed when the room was serviced.」

「Cute hotel. Very quaint, clean, good breakfast. Good value for the price. We stayed at the casita. Bed was a bit hard and they don’t have colchas just thin bed covers but overall it was ok. What I love the most was that it is very Nicaraguan. 」
