「Everyone was helpful and kind」

「Nice big room, quiet area. Parking lot needs work.」

「Overall, the hotel seemed to be poorly managed. The room key pad's battery was dead and we were not able to re-access the room after our belongings were inside. The front desk staff member, Matt, was very helpful but was not fully trained on the procedure to unlock the door. Due to his tenacity and dedication to helping, he was able to gain access after much effort. In the morning, breakfast was delay by 20-25 minutes. 「Fantastic host. We stayed in winter and they triple checked that we were warm enough. Great cute little place in a good location. 」

「We had the idea that electricity was available thru solar panels but it never charged or worked the whole time. Told the owner and he didn't do anything about it. Left our shower stuff in his shower and he wouldn't let us get it back from there. Got stuck in the drive the first day when he said it was cleared for ALL vehicles. 」

「Our stay was amazing!! The host was very responsive and helpful, and we fell in love with the cozy vibe of this cabin. Getting outside for some winter hot tubbing was a major bonus and the kids had a great rime with the games the host had available. Thank you so much! 」

「The host was super nice but and the cabin has potential but we had to lower the rating because the pipes froze in the bathroom the day of our arrival and the kitchen sink wouldn’t drain. Had issues with the wifi/tv too. Probably better suited for warm weather stays, which we would be willing to try. 」
