「I took pictures, bc the sheet had an odd stain...there were odd brown spots on the ceiling in the bathroom, and bubbling in the bathroom ceiling as well. The coffee filter had a used dry coffee pack still in it, and I requested a smoking room. Didn't get it, had to go back and request a switch.」

「Pool and hot tub were a lovely way to cool off and relax sore muscles from a day of beaching and shopping. Proximity to Washington Square, onsite parking (though the lot fills quickly), spacious rooms/suite with balcony, and the delicious on site breakfast in the bar were all super convenient and comfortable, making for a relaxing time away. The staff was friendly and very accommodating and made us feel right at home away from home!」

「Absolutely terrible! Elevators took 30 minutes just to get to your floor and every time it would even get to your floor it would be full after 30 minutes! Had to haul 3 suite cases 15 flights of stairs because I was not going to wait a hour just for an elevator:( Floors were stained bad and it was all humid! Rooms were okay! In the parking garage the spaces are way too close! my car got hit just in a parking spot away from everyone! Workers were rude as well. Never coming back!」

「From arrival to check out the W staff were helpful welcoming and friendly. The room was beautiful with a great view. We enjoyed all the W had to offer. The location was close to restaurants and shopping and was located along the Hudson River. A great place to go for a walk and enjoy the views of NYC. This was a return visit and we will be back.」
