「朝食が種類豊富で美味しかったです。早朝便での出発だったのでホテルタクシーを予約しましたが、ダブルブッキング＋手配時間間違いで若干待ちました。」

「①設備のメンテナンスは充分とは言えないものの、トラブル発生時の対応は非常に迅速で良かったと思う。 (入口の鍵の故障。トイレの水漏れ、シャワー水の詰まりなどが発生し、部屋の移転が発生。対応は迅速・丁寧であった) ②片言の日本語を話す若いスタッフがいたので、助かった。 ③所属のレストランの食事は美味しく、安価だと思った。」

「Interstate to be turned away at the door. After some pretty serious 4x4’ing to find the place, we showed our reservation# and booking details, but were told facility was closed for the season. I’ve joyfully used Hotels.com for many years and, and will continue to do so, but this is my first sub-optimal experience. Quite surprised after all the effort to get there, and booking, to be told no. Unfortunate 」
