「Was disappointed. The housekeeping staff had to show us how to use the TV. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom and there was not enough light in there. We got an accessible room as I have MS and need a walk-in shower. The shower floor was so slippery that my husband almost fell twice. I put a towel on the shower floor to stand on so I wouldn't slip. We could not get the AC very cool, even though we put it as low as it would go. The bed was not very comfortable. The room was very large. The...

The hot tub was amazing and it was so nice to enjoy the views, especially the changing of the leaves. My boyfriend and I also loved that this place was right across from the street from Pipestem Resort State Park. We had such a wonderful time and hopefully will be back soon!! 」
