"No other accommodation in Negombocan beat them in terms of facility, and variety of services. The only con was the male receptionists’ service level. They try to treat you smiley and nicely but they change once your questions or requests are beyond their knowledge. I actually asked them about specific location in the city of Negombo and their smiled disappeared and said nothing. so I needed to ask ‘No ideas?’ and they just said no. There must be a different way to react more nicely and even when they have no answers available."
