"We rented this property thinking that we were renting the whole house as advertised. It turns out that that this house is a hostel as per the sign out front and we were given one room. After some discussion with the owner we were given three rooms. The owner had not been paid by VRBO and I had paid VRBO one month ahead of time. "I spent in Aiden's court my first nights in Sri Lanka before moving forward. This is a big 3-rooms house with a full kitchen. Microwave, gas stove and fridge are included as well tableware. "I tried contacting the host on numerous occasions and did not get a reply once. Due to this, we decided to stay at another hotel that was given to us free of charge by the airline. I would advise anyone who is thinking of booking this hotel please think again."

"Had a comfortable and luxurious stay here for our first three nights in Sri Lanka. Travelled in June which is off season / monsoonal however we barely saw any rain - sunbaked by the pool most days and was very relaxing to travel in the quiet season - at times had the whole pool and grounds to ourself. Buffet breakfast was incredible and had soooo many options. Grounds were beautifully maintained and the gym was perfect too"

"Property was well maintained and is surrounded with extensive landscaped gardens ideal for a relaxing holiday. The staff are very courteous and friendly. The room was well appointed although a few more plug points and also access to USB charging would have been appreciated. The breakfast was excellent! I highly recommend this place."

"I arrived late to the hotel and the staff was there ready to welcome me and get me all settled in. They were super helpful and always attentive. The restaurant was delicious, the room was massive and clean, the pool was relaxing and the hotel grounds were absolutely beautiful. It’s a hidden gem in Colombo. "
