「The room photos on the website and app is not same as real, and the noise of the street is too much. The only thing was good was the breakfast.」

「I had stayed at this hotel 15 years ago. At that time, the service was very kind and employees were kind. Also there was a Japanese restaurant. However, I was disappointed this time.
